RULES AND REGULATIONS

Swimming Pools

1. Swimming Pool opens at 8:00AM and proper/comfortable swimming attire is required. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No running or horseplay around the pool. DIVING strictly prohibited.

2. For hygiene purposes, user must use the shower before entering the pool. Spitting and urinating are PROHIBITED in the swimming pool.

3. Proper swimming attire shall be worn by all swimmers.

4. Food and drinks are not allowed as well as Glassware is NOT also allowed inside the pool. Swimmers should not wear breakable spectacles while using the swimming pool.

5. Smoking will not be permitted inside the swimming pool.

6. Guests who participate in activities will be at their own risk and the management will accept no responsibility or liability arising from the use of the swimming pool or any amenities of the resort.

Rooms

1. Strictly No Smoking.

2. Cooking is not allowed. The resort does not permit cooking in any of the rooms at any time. Please take meals at designated eating areas only.

3. Guest is required to assist in maintaining the room facilities clean and tidy.

4. Guests are advised not to leave valuables and personal belongings unattended in the room. Room Keys are available when needed. The management will accept no responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings within the resort premises.

5. Guest will be held responsible for any damages to all properties in the resort (including room and resort amenities/facilities, windows, flooring, furniture, fixture and fitting, etc…).

Resort

1. Please clean up. We try to keep the resort as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts.

2. Right Conduct. We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace and orderliness at the resort.

3. Strictly NO PICKING OF FRUITS.

4. Conserve water and Energy. Water is precious as well as energy so we ask our guests to please turn off faucets or the air-conditioned units if not needed.

5. No PETS allowed.

6. For Overnight Accommodation : Check-in Time: 12:00 PM and Check-out Time : 10:00 AM : For Day Rate – 8:00 am to 5:00 Pm. Night Rate: 6PM-6AM.

7. SERVICE starts at 8:00 AM and Ends at 8:00 PM daily.

8. RESERVATION. A 100% payment is required to guarantee your booking. Reinstatement of bookings may be made without penalty provided a written notice of cancellation is received by DFARM not later than 15 days before the scheduled arrival. Otherwise Rebooking fee shall apply: P 1,500.00 ( per area). Less than 72 hours, rebooking shall not be allowed. Rebooking shall be subject to availability. Rebooking is valid up to 2 months from the original date of reservation.

9. CANCELLATION. There is a php 3,000 or 25% cancellation fee whichever is higher. Cancellation notice must be received 7 days prior to arrival. A 50% of the total contract price shall be charge if notice is fewer than 7 days. We will not accept shortened lengths of stay at check-in/ Check-out. There are no refunds for early departure or weather conditions.

10. Management reserves the right to change or revise resort rules at any time when deemed necessary.
